Free of charge – please email to reserve a space

Mel Robbins’ book ‘Let Them’ has been trememendously successful. But does it offer anything further to the work of Adler around the turn of the century? Adler recommended an antidote to codependency – to let each of us attend to our own tasks, and to never take on the tasks of others. Including saving others from their own difficult emotional tasks! We’ll gather today with warm drinks and cosy company to discuss the books Let Them and the Courage to be Disliked. Does Mel Robbins have anything to offer us?

Come and enjoy good conversation, nourishing drinks and snacks, and talk about two books which have been raging bestsellers – and both of which proclaim to be life changing!

Let’s reflect from the perspective of our experience as psychotherapists and as human beings – all welcome.

Our discussion will focus on these two global bestsellers: Mel Robbin’s Let Them Theory and The Courage to Be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi.
