Nourishing CPD Group for Psychotherapists and Counsellors 

📅 Date: October 2026 – July 2027
📍 Location: Heaton

This monthly Saturday morning CPD community group for qualified psychotherapists and counsellors, starts in October 2026. A friendly community group of 6-8 people, we will develop a safe container for the most difficult and unspoken aspects of our work to be reflected on and learned from together. This is the fifth year running and due to demand there may be two groups this year on Saturdays or weekdays – contact me so I have a sense of demand/interest!

Training

I’ve worked within the NHS, corporate sector, with trade unions and educational institutions. I love facilitating groups and creating highly individualised programmes aiming to address specific training and development goals. 

My areas of interest and expertise include:

• neurobiology of stress management 
• long-term change in individuals and organisations
• transactional analysis 
• ShadowWork and the applications of Carl Jung’s theories
• grief 
• death and dying 
• wellbeing and mental health 

I have particular expertise in supporting groups over long periods of around a year, for long-lasting change.
